Cake Smash Sessions are so much fun! It is the best way to celebrate your baby turning one. Together, we choose a theme and then I start to plan all the details. On cake smash day, you just show up and enjoy this experience with your baby!
Cake Smash Sessions take place in 3 portions - First, we will take a formal portrait on a neutral background. Please bring a cute, dressy outfit - think bow ties and tulle dresses!
Then, we will transition over to the Cake Smash set and change outfits before we set the cake down.
This includes a 6 inch double layer cake. I use Wild Flour Bakery and they are amazing. I love working with this bakery. The basic cake is included in the cost of our smash. If you would like something more elaborately decorated, they are capable of doing this. An extra $20 charge will apply.
If your child has allergies, I have different bakers I use, they require additional notice.

The cake cost is $35. The cake will be delivered to my studio and ready for our session.
TYPICAL QUESTIONS
When should we schedule the photos to receive them back in time for the actual birthday?
A. Please schedule 3 weeks before your child's actual birthday. I deliver your digital images two weeks from our session date. If you need the entire gallery quicker, a $50 rush fee will apply. I am happy to send one image for birthdays that are very close to our session!
Can we use something else besides a cake?
Yes!! I would love to use pasta, pizza, doughnuts, fruit or anything else you can think of!
What happens after our session?
4 days after our session, I will email you proofs from our session and an invoice. Once you select your images, I will edit them and deliver them 2-3 days after you finalize your choices.
Can we purchase additional images?
Yes, you can purchase individual images for $25 or $5 images for $100
